Sample Projects

Prevention Enforcement & Compliance Branch Review: A career highlight was the reclassification of the Assistant Ministry Investigator position within the Ministry of Social Development. It was a PSJEP benchmark position that I was able to have increased from an AOR16 to an AOR18 and impacted over 120 positions within the ministry (at the time). The reclassification of a benchmark position is extremely difficult to achieve (without arbitration), and extremely rare.

Accounts Payable Section: Full review of 24 staff positions from a classification standpoint, and facilitated discussions (information & education) to communicate rationale for the unchanging classification levels.
